I found this practice after my dental hygienist moved on from the practice I had been to for years. The practice is always clean and the staff responsive. I have recently moved an hour away but still go down to Providence to get my teeth cleaned and checked out which speaks of the service caliber. Be sure to book with hygienist Cynthia. SHE IS THE BEST and keeps my smile in tip top shape!

Parking is right next to the building and entrance is in front of the building. I made the appointment within a day due to an emergency tooth pain. When you walk into the clinic, you're met with the friendliest receptionist. The clinic itself is located on the bottom floor/basement. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes and they get you in almost right away. The dental hygienist is the friendliest person also. She makes conversations with you, tries to get to know you, and tries to make you feel comfortable. If you don't want to talk she's good with that too. All while she's establishing good rapport with you, she's taking care of the dental cleaning and assisting the doctor with the procedure. She attended to my needs and ensured I was comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Rubinstein herself is nice also. She attended to multiple patients at once with ease. With all the needles and drills going inside my gums, I felt absolutely no pain during and after the procedure. I was anxious about my treatment but this clinic revived my hope in dental procedures. They get all my requests done in a timely manner. If you have any urgent needs and are in the Providence area, Dr. Rubinstein and Ducoff's clinic is a good spot to establish dental care.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the office, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, instantly putting me at ease. During my appointment, the dentist and assistant were incredibly kind and gentle, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Their gentle approach made the whole experience surprisingly relaxing, which is saying a lot for someone like me who usually gets nervous at the dentist. Leaving the office, I felt not only confident in my dental health but also grateful for finding such a caring team. If you're looking for a dentist who treats you like family and truly cares about your comfort, look no further. They've earned my trust and my highest recommendation.

I joined this practice about 4 years ago when my dentist retired and have been so impressed. I had been contemplating getting crowns on discolored front teeth for over a decade, but I was nervous they would look artificial. Dr. Rubinstein promised me that she would ensure I was happy with them. Well, I finally did it, this past month, and they look AMAZING! They look almost exactly like my natural teeth, except not discolored. This exceptional quality is aligned with every dental cleaning and procedure I have had at this practice. They use state of the art technology and the highest standard of care. Highly recommend.

Over the past several months, I have visited the offices of Drs. Rubenstein & Ducoff several times for some restorative dental work. My dentist was the amazing Dr. Mahra Rubenstein who is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Every visit I was made me feel comfortable and put me at ease during every visit. Dr. Rubenstein's dental assistant Ann who is equally outstanding, with 30+ years of experience. Ann is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Together they helped ease any anxiety I had and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Their teamwork, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire series of appointments stress-free. The front office staff were amazing and helped with the appointments to fit my schedule.
